**Please include: Names(Ages)of all guests staying; Any Pets(CANNOT add after booking); general plans for your stay (To ensure the home is a good fit) ** Primary renter needs to meet a minimum required age of 27. PETS need to be approve before booking please send breed, weight and age (2 pets max) $100 fee per pet. Pets can not be added after booking. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 p.m. CST AND CHECKOUT IS 11 a.m. CST. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. You will be charged $50.00 per hour past the check out time of 11 a.m. This is a NON-SMOKING (OR VAPING) residence. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to Forteen (14) persons. You will be subject to a charge of $50 PER guest PER day for more than the maximum occupancy. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE- While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. The Homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. OUR MOST IMPORTANT RULES TO KNOW BEFORE ARRIVAL DAMAGING THE GRASS BY DOING THE FOLLOWING: playing yard games outside of the designated area, leaving ice chests, kayaks, inner tubes or any other large items on the grass for extended periods of time (any can cause permanent damage to the grass). PARKING CARS OR CAR TIRES ON THE GRASS. This can damage the septic tank/fields and/or kill the grass. FLUSHING ANYTHING DOWN TOILETS OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER: 99% of plumbing issues are the result of baby wipes, feminine products and excess toilet paper being flushed down toilets. This includes "flushable" wipes. OVER ABUNDANCE OF TRASH: Each renter is allowed a large trash dispensers and 2 additional regular size trash cans and 1 large recycle bin. Any trash exceeding this limit should be taken off with you. LEAVING THE HOUSE EXCESSIVELY DIRTY OR IN POOR CONDITION: The cleaning fee is for deep cleaning, laundering and sanitizing. Please follow check out procedures. POURING GREASE or any food/scraps DOWN THE SINKS: this is the VERY damaging to septic systems NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER MIDNIGHT: Staying up late as desired is great…just be mindful of neighbors and be aware that sound travels out on the property/water. IF BRINGING PETS - MANAGE WISELY, CONTROL BARKING AND CLEAN UP ALL POOP FROM THE YARD. NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY IN THE HOME, BACK PATIO OR ENTRY AREA NO PARTIES OR EVENTS : Only guests on the agreed list at booking should be at the home **By sending the required Photo ID (your signature) w/ your booking, you are acknowledging you have read and understand the house rules and that, as the signing party, you are responsible for conveying these to all other guests in your party
